Our ethos at Keishi is to bring to you a combination of stunning collections that are beautifully made and a delight to wear.This is achieved with an array of semi-precious and precious pieces from our in-house designs and hand selected pieces from local, national and international designers that we work very closely with.

Our core collection comprises of timeless classic pieces which continue to feature alongside exciting new designs that complement the seasonal focus and trends.

Delivery & Returns


Standard UK delivery is free of charge

UK orders via standard UK delivery will arrive in 2-3 days (if the item is in stock)

If your order is required more urgently please call the Keishi team on 0115 950 4526 to place your order where we can check if the item is in stock and arrange next day delivery if available.

European delivery service
£12.50 please allow up to 5 days for delivery once dispatched

International delivery service
£19.95 please allow up to 5 days for delivery once dispatched

All parcels will require a signature upon receipt, please therefore ensure that someone will be present at the chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel. If a signature cannot be obtained a calling card will be left with details of how to reschedule your delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Undamaged and unworn products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them by calling a member of the Keishi team on 0115 950 4526 to request a return authorisation code.

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment to the purchaser within 30 days of receipt.

This excludes bespoke items and special order as these cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.


If you would like to exchange your item for something different you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Please call a member of the Keishi team on 0115 950 4526 to obtain a return authorisation code and discuss availability of the required item.

Exchange items will be dispatched once the returned goods have been received and confirmed as unworn/undamaged.

Returning a gift

Items received as gifts may be returned for an exchange within 14 days of the purchaser receiving the item. Please call us on 0115 950 4526 to obtain a returns authorisation code and to discuss availability of the the required item.

Bespoke items and special orders

Bespoke items and special orders cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Returning a faulty item

If items are received damaged please call us to discuss returning the item for a replacement.

Items that are returned as faulty post use will be inspected and if deemed to be as a result of fair wear and tear they will not be accepted as faulty. In this instance a chargeable repair may be offered if the item can be repaired.
